After this date, rooms will be on an “if available” basis only and normal rack rates will apply. Call the Doubletree Hotel direct at 315/432-0200, or Doubletree Hotel Central Reservations at 800/222-8733 and identify yourself as a participant of the Cornell Nutrition Conference to receive negotiated rates. You can also make room reservations online through the Doubletree’s web site: www.syracuse.doubletree.com. Enter dates of arrival & departure under “Check Availability.” Click Go. Then select your dates & room type preferences. Under “Special Accounts,” type CNC in the Group/Convention Code box. Press continue. Rates/room type selections will be shown. Please make a room type selection. Press continue. Fill in guest information and credit card number. Click Book Now. An email con?rmation will be sent.
